The role is to foster change within the client’s business by integrating new strategies in their operations for systemic progress.

How it works:

Objectives and needs are firstly clearly defined between the client & Esya. A clear agenda is also set-up prior to the actual assessment process. The outcome of the assessment will be provided in the form of  a report and presentation.

Payment policy:

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer shall remunerate ESYA on the basis of costs incurred. Hourly rates, travel expenses and incidental expenses shall be paid in accordance with ESYA price list, unless otherwise agreed.

ESYA may submit invoices on the project progress basis ( 50% at signature of agreement – 25 % at end of data gathering & technical appraisals – 25% at remittance of report/presentation)

 Persons engaged by ESYA shall fill out detailed time sheets which ESYA shall hand over to the customer if requested. The customer may audit these sheets at any time.

All payments can be done by Internet Banking transfer, Cash or Bank Cheque. Personal & company  cheques will only be accepted if received & cleared 7 days prior to training day start.



All rights in the documents and results arising from the services shall accrue to the customer. ESYA shall not be restricted to use the gained know-how and to render similar consultancy services for other customers of ESYA, provided ESYA complies with ß 6.

If ESYA provides documents or programs not developed under the contract, the customer may use them only within the framework of the work results under the contract, but not isolated, provided ESYA has notified the customer of such deliveries in advance.


 ESYA shall keep the customer’s trade and business secrets confidential for an unlimited period of time, as well as all other information obtained by ESYA under or in connection with this contract, designated in writing as confidential by the customer. However, ESYA shall have no obligation with respect to any information which is (i) already in ESYA’s possession at the time of the execution of the contract, (ii) independently developed by ESYA, or (iii) which is publicly known through no wrongful act of ESYA.

 Notwithstanding the above, ESYA is not obliged to keep confidential any of ESYA ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques related to the development of the strategy.

 ESYA shall oblige its employees to adhere to the confidentiality obligations.

 ESYA may include the name of the customer and a brief description of the rendered performances in a reference list. All other advertising references to the customer shall be agreed on in advance with the customer.


 The contract and its modifications require written form. The contract shall conform with and be governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius without regard to its choice of law rules.

The G2B toolkit is a training course in an off-site venue designed to implement a technical & practical approach to deal more efficiently with lead prospection, cold calling, sales calls and negotiation. This custom-based workshop comprises a well balanced quantum of theoretical and practical exercises based on real-life situations of the audience.


Payment policy:

All payments are to be made in full at least 2 days prior to the scheduled course and can be done by Internet Banking transfer, Cash or Bank Cheque. Personal & Company cheques will only be accepted if received & cleared 7 days prior to training day start.

Transfer policy:-Participants may transfer their registration to another eligible candidate up to 15 working days prior to the original course date (the “Transfer”). Once a participant has Transferred, cancellations will not be accepted. Only one transfer per client will be accepted.

Cancellation of a Training Course: All cancellations must be made no later than 15 working days before the start of relevant Training Course. We will only accept cancellations that are made in writing. If a delegate fails to attend a Training Course, or a cancellation is sought within 15 working days prior to the start of such course, full payment will be required.

Cancellation of a training course or Change in course content: We reserve the right to cancel a training course at any time, without incurring any additional liability to the customer. In such circumstances, the customer will be notified and we will offer either alternative dates or a full refund or a credit note

Intellectual property

All training materials provided or presented by ESYA Ltd are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of ESYA. Client shall not copy these materials, record any training presentation, or disclose any such materials or presentations to any third party without ESYA’s express written consent.
